How I can be added to Twisitor Center?

If you would like to be added to Twisitor Center, simply follow our account on Twitter and we will take care of the rest.

The Twisitor Center map shows me in the wrong location!

We use the location information that you provide in your Twitter profile and automatically try to determine where you are in the world. Chances are that you provided really vague information in your Twitter profile or information that is not easily interpreted by a machine.

Examples of unhelpful location information are: "The best place on earth." or "50 miles north of Springfield".

Examples of great location information: "Ohio" or "Springfield, IL" or a zip code "97211"

The Twisitor Center doesn't show me on the map at all!

Make sure to follow our account on twitter (see above). Once we follow you back, you will appear on the map after you have sent out another tweet on Twitter.

Sometimes we can't find your location because the information you entered in your Twitter profile is too vague or is not in a machine readable format. (see the previous question for hints on how to fix this)
